                3 Place half of all ingredients except garnishes (vegetables,
                remaining bacon bits, pumpkin, and stock) in a blender and blend

                until smooth. Transfer to a large pot.


                4 Repeat Step 3 with remaining half of ingredients. Place over
                medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.


                5 Ladle into bowls and top with sour cream, snipped green onion,
                and reserved bacon bits.


                Serve in the pumpkin head of a ghostly horseman!
