Aligned to United Nations SDG’s 3, 4 and 5,
the Amrita Rural India Technology-aided DIGITAL LITERACY &
Education (AmritaRITE) through village
afterschool centers has been developed as COMPUTER AWARENESS
a model to make quality education
accessible to children and adults in the PROGRESS-MONITORING
remotest of rural villages and tribal
communities of India.
Impacting 82 villages in 21 states of India, COLLABORATING
AmritaRITE integrates mainstream school WITH SCHOOLS
education with technological, ecological,
health, moral and social awareness, to
ensure the holistic growth of the child as SCHOLARSHIPS
well as the community.
