PROFESSIONAL ABOUT ME

REPRESENTATION

Living in Shingle Springs since 1989 I know firsthand the roads, routes
and many beauties this County has to offer. My entire family has
strong roots in El Dorado County, with many owning their own local
businesses, and supporting the local economy. I was blessed to find
this hidden gem to call home years ago, and I am anxious to help
others find theirs.

I am very invested in the community and I am a local business
owner that has thrived for over 23 years. Prior to real estate I also
worked as a Legal Administrator working on behalf of many cities
and counties in the state of California. This experience gives me an
additional broad understanding of the legal aspects of real estate.

Build to Suit experience; My husband and I are currently
building our forever home on 17 acres in Shingle
Springs. I have the personal knowledge and referrals
available for the needed requirements to build in El
Dorado County. This firsthand knowledge includes
finding the perfect location, negotiating the
purchase, engineered grading plans, pulling
grading and building permits, grading,
CA stormwater runoff requirements,
erosion control, fire hydrants, utilities,
and ICF (Insulated Concrete Form)
construction.
