My first encounter with Ramani Sir was
in the elevator the day I came to Raychem
Thane office for my interview with the
HR Head. Never knew that I was with the
CEO of the company where I was going
for the interview. I still remember he was
in a green t-shirt, as it was a Friday !
Always get this flashback when I think
of my association with Raychem. It is
because of a leader like him that most of
the employees of Raychem have this close
sense of belonging with the organisation,
which is very difficult to let go.
I wish Ramani Sir all the happiness and
God’s choicest blessings for his life ahead.
His humbleness and thoughtfulness are
something beyond admiration, a trait
that makes him all the more special and
loved! You will be dearly missed, Ramani
Sir!
