On the onset of your retirement after an
illustrious career, I would like to extend
my deepest appreciation and thanks to
you for leading our business for last so
many years, and also as a human being
you have played an extremely important
role in shaping me up to be where I am
today. I still remember the day when you
picked me up from the Campus on 14th
of December 2007 and made me part
of Raychem RPG family (incidentally I
was the first GMR in Raychem RPG and
that truly inspires me). You have been
a father figure for all of us, stood firm
and supported us with your mentoring/
guidance throughout our journey. You
have been a huge inspiration to me, and
when I look back at all your decisions
of putting me in different geographies
in GCC/ ASEAN and Europe, it helped
in playing a pivotal role in building me
as a professional sales guy since past 13
years. I am truly indebted to you for this
exposure at a young age.
During your last trip to Europe, I was
fortunate to interact very closely with
you and it was one of the most enriching
weeks, full of learning and opportunities
that made me dream. I will continue
to be a true fan and a believer of your
leadership style.
We will hugely miss you during our annual
Hannover Exhibitions.
