Patient who sustained an electrical burn, transferred secondarily, presenting with an
amputation of the right arm at shoulder level. An amputation of the left hand had been
planned by another department. Given the circumstances, it was decided to proceed with
reconstruction despite the severity of the injuries. Significant lesions at the elbow are also
noted.
