This patient was referred for management of post-burn sepsis involving the left forearm.
Significant bone involvement of the ulna was noted. Initially, it was decided to resect the
infected, necrotic segment of the ulna, place an osteosynthesis plate, and insert gentamicin-
impregnated cement as a spacer.
