Femur

Traumatic sequelae involving the femur. Gentamicin-loaded cement was placed initially,
followed by reconstruction using a vascularized fibular graft with the double-barrel
technique. The fibula was divided into two segments, preserving the periosteum, muscle
layer, and vascularization. In this case, two venous grafts were utilized to extend the
               peroneal vessels.
