Universal Valve Spring Compressor
Suitable for the cylinder heads (1-12 cylinder engines - two-valve to four-valve
technology) on in-line engines or V-type engines.
The KL-0125-1 A valve spring compressor allows for the replacement of valve stem
seals, both with the cylinder head removed or in situ on the vehicle.
The retaining flanges are rotatable on the spindles, so that they can be affixed to the
cylinder head transversally or in parallel relative to the camshaft axis as necessary.
The correct position of the adjusting bar can be achieved by turning the adjusting
spindles on the left- and right-hand side, thus obtaining the correct angle for
compressing the valve spring.
The special design of the tool allows for variable adjustment making the compressor
suitable for use on virtually any engine with up to 12 cylinders.
Advantages:
• Substantial job time savings - thanks to the possibility of repairing both the valve
stem seals and valve springs in-situ on the vehicle without the need to remove the
cylinder head.
• Universal application - thanks to different installation and adjustment possibilities.
