Universal Wrench
for Inner Track Rod Joint, Ø 30-43mm

Universally suitable for all inner track rod joints with a spherical head Ø of from
30mm to 43mm.
THE ideal tool for Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter (Ø 43mm).
This wrench allows the quick and easy removal and installation of the specified inner
track rod joints to be performed without the need for removing the complete

steering system from the vehicle.
The tool stands out for its special design, the exchangeable roller inserts equipped
with high-grade metal rollers and steel cage. The perfect choice for a wide range of
applications. Works on spherical heads with Ø of from 30mm to 43mm.

Set of Mounting Tools
for Inner Track Rod Joints, Ø 30-43mm

Designed for Renault vehicles.
The KL-0167-151 tool set allows the quick and easy removal and installation of inner
track rod joints to be performed without the need for removing the complete
KL-0167-131 steering system. Suitable for spherical heads with diameters of from 30-43mm.
Procedure:
To counter-hold the rack, fasten the corresponding locking tools (depending on the
steering type) to the rack.
Loosen and tighten the inner track rod joint with the aid of the universal wrench while
keeping the rack in position using the suitable locking tool.
After the inner track rod joint has been removed, the sealing ring in the steering-gear
housing can be replaced quickly and easily.
