Locking Tool

Universally adjustable and applicable tool. Suitable for use on timing belt
sprockets with a clearance of approximately 5-60mm.
Intended for use on TwinCam engines (e.g. Citroën, Fiat, Ford, Honda, Hyundai,
Lancia, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Opel/Vauxhall, Peugeot, Renault, Rover, Saab,
Subaru, Toyota, Volvo etc.) and on Diesel engines for locking the camshaft relative to
the injection pump sprocket (e.g. VW-Audi, Ford, Seat, Škoda, etc.).
Simply insert the KL-0180-20 locking tool into the engine shaft timing belt sprockets
to ensure their correct position relative to the crankshaft when replacing a timing belt
or performing an engine repair.

Designed to be used with the KL-0180-20 locking tool on timing belt sprockets with
a clearance of approx. 60-125mm; e.g. when locking the injection pump sprocket
