well as updates for you in the marketplace.
Monitoring the sales and listings of comparable properties in your market area.
Provide pertinent information and advise to negotiate getting
the highest price in the least amount of time.
Verify prequalification of funds or loan with lender and/or banker
prior to fully negotiating the contrast.
Personally meet the appraiser at your home and provide the appraiser
with comparable homes and upgrade list.
Staying on top of pertinent contingent dates throughout the transaction.
Maintain constant communication thought the transaction to keep all
involved parties abreast of developments to include: appraisal, inspections,
negotiate repairs, loan status, information and title commitment.
Review the Settlement Statement before closing.
