                EXAMPLE: BARKEV


                SECTION 1. Sales Objectives


                My overall objectives for the year are to:


                   1.  Achieve my sales target of R5 000 000, made up of R4 000 000 from my
                       existing top 30% of accounts and R200 000 from potential new customer list


                   2.  Expand the range of products offered to my customers by aiming to sell across
                       the range of products offered by Barkev. Target percentages being, Scapa 30%,
                       Doctor Blades 20%, Slitting Blades 15%, Engineering 10%, Rotary Blades 10,
                       Water-based 10% & Recyl 5%


                   3.  To manage and grow our current customer database using resources from
                       within the business and to add 36 new potential customers to the database
                       during the year


                   4.  To consistently keep contact with my top 20 customers monthly and my other
                       customer accounts at least once every 2 months, with email shots and details of
                       special offers and promotions.


                   5.  To visit my top 50 accounts on a 6-weekly basis and to visit all live accounts at
                       least every 12 weeks in order to identify business opportunities and sell across the
                       range of services


                   6.  To identify and put together a range of promotional activities during the year,
                       that will promote the Barkev name throughout the region.
