ADVANTAGES OF PRODUCT:
 The ribbon holder will compensate for the original blade width while the ribbon will
be standard
 One stock width ribbon for all width blades
 Ribbon blade holder made from stainless steel
 Ribbon blade only 10mm – less material to ship and dispose of
 No need to open original blade holder to clean
 Just remove ribbon blade and insert new ribbon blade
 Can be done on the press without removing the blade holder
 Where a customer has more than one machine using various widths

DISADVANTAGES OF PRODUCT:
 If you damage the holder and need to constantly replace, then the cost effectiveness
is eroded.
 Higher start-up cost to fit holders
 Longer initial first time mounting of ribbon blade holder (blade holder must be
stripped and cleaned)
