            Reverend  Freddie  Glenn,  hosted.    The  conference
            theme was “Consistency.” Presiding Elder Taylor and
            Mrs. Trina Taylor, District Consultant, challenged del-
            egates to become more effective and consistent in their
            service. Specific areas covered by conference  present-
            ers included consistency in giving, consistency in serv-
            ing, and consistency in prayer.


            The  Lay  Organization  continued  to  provide  instruc-
