CORRECT WORDS TEST

            1. Write Mark 8:27-30 as a play on a separate sheet. Write a sentence about the
setting and at least a sentence about the actors. (10 marks)

            2. Make notes from the following passage. (6 marks)

Once upon a time there was a group of friends who liked to help people in their local
neighbourhood. They did all kinds of jobs such as gardening, decorating, shopping, picking

up litter and just talking with lonely people. Like Jesus’ disciples, they always went out in
twos because that was a sensible thing to do for their own safety. One day they were
amazed to receive a special letter of thanks from the local council with some tokens to
spend at the leisure centre. The councillors asked in the letter what made the friends do
such acts of kindness. The friends wrote back and explained that they were copying their
Friend, Jesus Christ, who served others.
