Our Father which art in in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom
come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our
daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who
trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen
Improve this story by replacing some of the nouns with pronouns; other words and
punctuation may need to change too. Write it in your book.
The car was parked outside the house. John had an idea that John would wash the
car. John used lots of water. The water ran down the drive and into the house so the
house was flooded. The new carpet was soaked and Mum was cross about the carpet.
John quickly apologised to Mum and Mum forgave John saying, “Mum is cross but Mum
forgives you.”
