5.18 Library exhibitions
The LIS had the opportunity to showcase library services during exhibitions in 2023 at the following events hosted by Unisa:
• Research and Innovation Week at the Senate Hall: 15–19 May 2023
• 2023 Transformation Conference at Kgorong Function Hall: 4–6 October 2023 • Library Exhibition @ Innovation Festival: 29 November 2023

3.16 LIS visitors
Unisa LIS drew visitors from different countries and institutions across the world, as well as South Africa, for the following:
• Delegates from TANESCO, Tanzania visited the LIS for a library tour on 4 July 2023.
• Seventy Grade 12 learners from EPP Mhinga High School in Limpopo visited the Library on 13 July 2023. • Delegates from the Embassy of Cuba visited the Library on 4 August 2023.
