Designed for rapid removal of all major components
via the use of captivated knobs on swing bolts and
quick-acting clamps, Acrison's rugged-duty, self-
emptying Model BDFM Volumetric Feeder with quick Volumetric
disassembly/reassembly construction is capable of
metering a wide variety of dry solid ingredients at Dry Materials Feeder
feed rates ranging from 0.0006 to 6 cubic feet per
hour. Model BDFM
Quick-Disconnect
This particular model dry solids feeder utilizes
Acrison's triple auger/agitator mechanism
(operating at dissimilar speeds) to provide positive
flow-inducing internal agitation while simultaneously
metering the product with a high degree of
volumetric precision and mechanical reliability. As
standard, the Quick Disconnect Model BDFM
Volumetric Feeder includes all 304 stainless steel
product contact surfaces for optimum durability and
longevity.
In addition, the Model BDFM Feeder is also utilized
with Acrison's compact Models 406 and 407
"Weight-Loss-Differential" Weighing Systems to
produce highest possible metering accuracies at the
lowest possible feed rates.

The Model BDFM Feeder has base dimensions of
14” X 23 1/2” and weighs approximately 150 lbs.
