Continuous Blenders and Blending Systems

Model301 Blenders

Model 301 Blenders utilize a specially designed
single helicoidal mixing auger for blending
granular, pelletized and certain amorphous dry
solid materials on a continuous basis. Output
capacities range from 6 to 8000 cubic feet per Model 301-U
hour.

Model350 Blenders

Model 350 Blenders utilize modified 'Inter-Auger-Action' (Acrison's
Double Concentric Augers operating at dissimilar speeds) to
thoroughly and homogeneously mix dry solids with dry solids,
and depending upon product characteristics, dry solids with
liquids on a continuous basis. Output capacities range from 1.2
to 5100 cubic feet per hour.
Acrison can also furnish complete multiple feeder blending
systems including integral supporting structures and auxiliary
equipment.
Acrison blenders are only sold in conjunction
with Acrison feeders.
