Do I need all that every time?
Not every document on the list is required with
every Subdivision Disclosure Report Application
Each type of Report Application has its own list of required
documents. See your handout for a complete list.
Builder Services will acquire documents, if available through public records
requests, for our customers in the event they do not already possess them.
