GRANT & JARRETT IRONS: INSPIRING

AWARENESS THROUGH ACTION

Former University of Michigan and Notre Dame football standouts Grant and
Jarrett Irons are using their platform as Samaritas Brand Ambassadors to
spotlight the power of community and foster care.

“It’s about getting the word out,” Grant says. “Samaritas is doing incredible work,
but many people don’t know these programs exist. The more events and
conversations we have, the more people will see what’s possible.”

The brothers believe awareness is key to increasing foster parent engagement,
especially within African American communities. “No one’s really talking about it,”
Jarrett adds.

“We need to share that these resources are here to help.” Their message is one of
inclusion and hope: learn, show up, and get involved.
“We encourage everyone to come out and see the difference Samaritas is
making,” they say.

Together, Grant and Jarrett are helping bridge communities and inspire others to
take part in transforming lives across Michigan.
