MUN

The Model United Nations (MUN) Club is an extracurricular activity where
students are rigorously selected to prepare and participate in a conference
simulating a United Nations session. This educational activity provides
a rare chance to learn about diplomacy, international relations, current
affairs and the functions of the United Nations. During the first semester,
SKIS had the opportunity to take part in the Anglo-Chinese Independent
School (ACSI) MUN conference which was held on 5-7 Jun. It was a fruitful
experience where our students debated with some of Singapore’s top
schools. In the second semester, on 2-4 Nov, our students were involved
in the Overseas Family School (OFS) MUN conference where they engaged
in stimulating discussions with students from other international schools in
Singapore.
