By answering these questions now, you will have the peace of mind that comes from knowing you’ve done your best to reduce the emotional, physical and fnancial strain on those you love should the time come when you become frail and are no longer able to care for yourself. I know this stuff is tough to think about and the natural human response is to do nothing. But you’re not going to let that happen to you, so let’s keep going.
