Above: While avoiding a “wall-like effect”, the concept accurately determines the distance between each building to maximise air circula-
tion, thus improving the standard of living there.
Opposite: Taking inspiration from the Lingnan mountainscapes, the bigger buildings with light-coloured facades are placed at the back,
while the smaller buildings with darker facades are located in front of them. This creates an urban three-dimensional landscape painting.
