Within Operating Railway Park

The main aim of this project is to focus on the
decentralization of central Xi’an. Its focus is on the
creation of a new self-sufficient satellite town east
of downtown Xi’an. Within the new satellite town,
the focus will also be on creating opportunities for
growth in new industries.
