This will be the world’s first large-scale art park with a “live” railway running
through the entire planning area. It will be a city within a park. We will create
a greenway network suitable for walking and slow walking, connecting various
landscape nodes, surrounding landscape resources and communities.
Above: Overall layout of the Xi’an Lintong Masterplan. City is like a ‘Live’ giant lung with lots of greenery and nature links.
Opposite: Take advantage of the existing colossal railways land to create natural setting for walking trails, cycling and art parks. Introducing
green reserve around existing streams and linking them up with existing parks.
