Making training sponsored by the Legal Services for
                                                       Persons with Disabilities Committee in partnership with
                                                       the Louisiana Judicial College at the Annual Judge’s
                                                       Spring Conference on April 7th-8th.
                                                   ▪  Judge Woodruff-White to present welcome remarks
                                                       regarding ATJ Commission efforts and resources for
                                                       judges at Judicial College Spring Conference on Apr.
                                                       8th
                                                   ▪  ATJ Staff presented at a Judges Only session at Annual
                                                       Meeting on ATJ and SRL resources.
                                                   ▪  ATJ Staff provided ATJ information at the City, Family,
                                                       and Juvenile Court Judges Conference.
                                                   ▪  ATJ Staff presented in October at the Presentation at
                                                       Drug and Specialty Courts conference on ATJ and SRL
                                                       resources
                                                   ▪  Hosted the Self-Represented Litigants Service Provider
                                                       Summit on January 13, 2023 in Baton Rouge for judges,
                                                       court staff, and service providers.
                                                   ▪  Coordinating with the Judicial College and members of
                                                       the judiciary regarding upcoming opportunities for
                                                       outreach and trainings.
                                            o  Host biannual Pro Bono Summit
                                                Annualized meeting through Pro Bono track planned for 2019
                                                LJCC and 2020 LJCC.
                                            o  Create materials and trainings to educate judges and judicial
                                                staff
                                                   ▪  January 2020 event conducted in conjunction with LDJA
                                                       to educate judges (mainly in SELA) about ATJ
                                                       Commission work that may support their courts.
                                                   ▪  Assisted with the creation and dissemination of a bench
                                                       card and trainings on evictions laws under the CARES
                                                       Act for District Court Judges, City Court Judges, and
                                                       Justices of the Peace.
                                                   ▪  Creating materials using the JFA GIS data and map,
                                                       including maps of Louisiana that display varying levels
                                                       of poverty within civil legal resource deserts, as well as
                                                       the Louisiana Supreme Court districts.
                                                   ▪  Creating guides and best practices regarding remote
                                                       hearings.
                                                   ▪  In September, ATJ Staff and the Judicial College co-
                                                       hosted an Evictions CLE which focussed on Eviction
