facilitators will train other LSBA members across the state that have an interest in presenting
               diversity, equity, and inclusion presentations.

               A planning retreat was  held on January 16,  2016,  to begin developing a training model and
               workshop. A training model and workshop was developed, and the continued goal is to have
               seasoned volunteers develop other volunteers and bring in professionals to reinforce the facilitation
               training when necessary.

               The Integration Subcommittee has partnered with past facilitation team member, Deborah Love,
               to contractually assist in updating  PowerPoint  presentations  with updated research and
               presentation formats.

               CLE Presentations:
               Generational Differences

               Facing and Managing the Silent Saboteurs to Equity and Diversion in the Legal Profession.

               Programming
               A CLE seminar titled Understanding Generational Differences was held on October 4, 2021, at
               the Fifth Federal Circuit Bar Association’s 2021 Appellate Advocacy Seminar.

               The following speaker was featured:

               A CLE seminar titled Facing and Managing the Silent Saboteurs to Equity in the Diversity Legal
               Profession was held on December 9, 2021, at the Lafayette Bar Association’s CLE by the Hour.

               LGBT Subcommittee

               Outreach
               The LGBT  subcommittee is  committed to providing support and continued communication
               regarding its programming and activities to LGBT law student groups.

               The subcommittee completed a PowerPoint presentation that addresses LGBT law-related issues.
               The presentation was shared with Louisiana self-help desks to assist pro-bono clients.
