Specialty Bars CLE Seminar
A Specialty Bars CLE Seminar was held on November 17, 2023. The CLE seminar was co-hosted
by the Louisiana State Bar Association and Louis A. Martinet Legal Society, Inc., Greater
Lafayette Chapter at The Jefferson, 500 Jefferson St., Lafayette, LA. The CLE Seminar featured
five sessions. Registration was $100. Five and a half CLE credit hours were offered including
professionalism and ethics. The seminar featured the following speaker(s):

Diverse Attorney Participation and Support Efforts
The Department is committed to encouraging all attorneys of diverse backgrounds to become
involved in all aspects of the LSBA.
The Department assists in identifying potential candidates when there is a vacant House of
Delegates seat or Board of Governors seat.
The Department seeks to identify member benefits that will specifically address the needs of all
and continue efforts to increase awareness of current member benefits that may meet the needs of
attorneys in various practice areas.
Leadership LSBA
The Department assists in ensuring that a path to leadership is available to as many attorneys as
possible, by assisting with the Leadership LSBA class.
