 Consider other points of view, make constructive suggestions, encourage and respect
questions, and engage in discussions that help the board make decisions that benefit the
association.

 Ensure an annual audit of the Association’s finances.

 Publicly support all actions of the Board.

 Fulfill any assignment as Board liaisons to committees and/or sections, or as representatives
of the Association.

 Fulfill other assignments as requested by the President.
