Timeline – 2024/2025 Collections
March 15, 2024 – Judge Exempt & Federal Judge mailing to 444 Judge Exempt members. This mailing requested updated
demographic information changes and any change in the Exempt status.
May 12, 2024 – Mailed postcard to 22,746 eligible members of the online collection process and advising members to go
online to file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments.
May 15, 2024 – Eblast to 21,265 unpaid eligible members notice of the postcard mailing.
June 7, 2024– Emailed 16,851 unpaid eligible members that the postcard was mailed, advised members to go online to file
Attorney Registration Statement and make payments.
June 14, 21, & 28, 2024 – Emailed unpaid members reminding of the July 1 deadline, encouraging members to go online to
file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments. Included members that were MCLE and Trust Ineligible to
encourage reinstatement.
July 12, & 30, 2024 – Emailed unpaid members reminding the July 1 deadline has passed; encouraged members to go online
to file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments. Included members that were MCLE and Trust Ineligible to
encourage reinstatement.
August 2, 2024 – Emailed unpaid members reminding the July 1 deadline has passed; encouraged members to go online to
file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments. Included members that were MCLE and Trust Ineligible to
encourage reinstatement.
August 9, 2024 – Notices of delinquency mailed to 2,721 members that still have not filed the Annual Attorney Registration
Statement and paid the Annual Dues and Assessment.
August 16, 23 & 30, 2024 - Emailed unpaid members reminders the July 1 deadline has passed; encouraged members to go
online to file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments. Included members that were previously certified ineligible
to encourage reinstatement.
September 3 – 9 - Emailed unpaid members notifying of the last day to avoid certification of ineligibility; encouraged members
to go online to file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments. Included members that were previously certified
ineligible to encourage reinstatement.
