Hosted the 9th annual Lawyers in Libraries week of service
                                                during National Celebrate Pro Bono Week (October 23-29,
                                                2022). Coordinated over 140 events with 102 attorneys
                                                volunteering in “Ask-a-Lawyer” sessions and virtual webinars
                                                on the our Lawyers in Libraries Facebook page. In total, over
                                                71 library branches hosted events in 41 parishes.
                                                In conjunction with the 2022 Pro Bono Campaign, 4 Lawyers in
                                                Libraries events occurred over the summer in Orleans, St.
                                                Martin, St. Charles, and Ouachita Parishes.
                                            o  Administer Free Legal Answers Program
                                                   •  Conducted “Transforming Access to Justice”
                                                       presentation at Louisiana Justice Community
                                                       Conference on how the FLA site can be used to
                                                       increase access to justice and presented the site’s
                                                       statistics from the past two years as a case study in
                                                       what the legal aid community has learned
                                                   •  Facilitated Entergy’s second LA.FreeLegalAnswers.org
                                                       clinic on October 22  where Entergy attorneys came
                                                                           nd
                                                       together for two hours to answer questions posted to the
                                                       FLA site.
                                                   •  Hosted a virtual training for CenturyLink corporate
                                                       counsel on June 30, 2020 to show the ins and outs of
                                                       the site.
                                                   •  Plan to incorporate LA.FreeLegalAnswers.org into this
                                                       year’s Virtual Lawyers and Libraries Program.

                                                   •  In response to COVID-19, raised the income guidelines
                                                       from 250% of Federal Poverty guidelines to within 400%
                                                       and less than $10,000 in assets to under $500,000. This
                                                       was in line with several other state’s sites and the LSBA
                                                       Online Modest Means Directory’s income guidelines.
                                                   •  Updated the site’s training resources with relevant legal
                                                       trainings on divorce and FEMA applications and
                                                       appeals.
                                                   •  Calculated year end statistics for 2020: 1,043 questions
                                                       submitted to the site, 818 of those answered (answer
                                                       rate of 78%), and 779 clients served. This represents a
                                                       53% increase in questions to the site.
                                                   ●  On Friday, October 22nd, the first virtual Free Legal
                                                       Answers clinic was held with attorneys from Butler Snow
                                                       and LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Students. Attorneys were
                                                       paired with students to answer the questions submitted
