                                                       was written by two 2022 LSU Law Graduates in

                                         At the most recent AJT Commission meeting on December 15, 2021,
                                         the Commission agreed to support a pro bono campaign for 2022. The
                                         campaign is currently being developed with the help of the pro bono

                                         stakeholders to provide civil legal services;
                                         LCJC services are missed during times of disaster response.
                                         However, we have worked with civil legal aid providers to develop
                                         mechanisms to provide services formerly conducted by LCJC.
                                         Providers have shown no interest in relaunching LCJC and no funding
                                         seems to exist to do so.
