Identillect

I would like to recommend the LSBA Board of Governors consider

offering the LSBA membership the benefits that can be provided with a

business relationship with Identillect. Identillect offers a secure email

service called Delivery Trust that plugs directly into Outlook, O365, and
Gmail.

The goal of this email service is to provide a simple solution that allows
users to have complete control over their email communications. Delivery
Trust features include: unlimited secure emails; simple integration; set
message expiration; branding capabilities; secure email reporting, ability
to restrict print/forward; ability to restrict downloading of email content;
full audit trails; 24/7 support; and more. Identillect also offers education
on cyber security and regulatory requirements.

The proposed benefit is the LSBA will receive a 15% residual
commission on member’s Delivery Trust subscriptions. LSBA members
will receive a 20% discount on Delivery Trust subscriptions.

Annual Subscription rates are as follows:
Delivery Trust – Web Only - $95.40
Delivery Trust Plugin - $119.40
Delivery Trust – Outlook Plugin - $143.40
Secure esignature - $120.00
