SimpleLaw

I would like to recommend the LSBA Board of Governors consider

offering the LSBA membership the benefits that can be provided with a
business relationship with SimpleLaw. SimpleLaw is a cloud-based easy-

to-use case management software founded by attorneys for attorneys.

The goal of this cloud-based service is to assist members with case
management and creation, effective time tracking, individual/batch
invoice creation, billing, document storage, and email and calendar
integration with Google and Outlook/Office 365.

Subscription rates are as follows:
Regular Simple Law pricing:
$49/attorney/month billed monthly;
$39/attorney/month billed annually;
One free Paralegal or Legal Secretary account per subscribing law firm.

The proposed benefit is that LSBA members would receive a $5 discount

per month from standard pricing.
$44/attorney/month paid monthly
$34/attorney/month paid annually
One free Paralegal or Legal Secretary account per subscribing law firm.
Additional rate reduction is available for firms with three or more
attorneys.

Revenue Share:
$5 revenue share, per month, per paying attorney to Louisiana State Bar
Association. Initial investment for the first year is typically $1,000.
Royalties/Commissions increase depending on the length of the 1

partnership.
