Tracers

I would like to recommend the LSBA Board of Governors consider

offering the LSBA membership the benefits that can be provided with a
business relationship with Tracers. Tracers is a cloud-based investigative-

data research company for public and private records.

Tracers provides attorneys with reliable data for easy and successful skip
tracing. Databases are continuously updated to provide the most relevant

contact information and address history for a party.

Tracers services include lightning-fast reports, dedicated customer
service to ease the learning curve, and the ability to access the cloud-
based platform from anywhere.

When LSBA members sign up with Tracers, they will receive a 10%
discount off subscription or free onboarding/credentialing, ongoing
educational materials, and free CLE.

The proposed benefit to the LSBA is a 5% revenue share of
subscriptions/license fees for the first year and a 2.5% revenue share for
the second year. The LSBA will be paid on a bi-annual basis.

Cost per year without discount:

Transactional pricing - $39/per month
The prefect solution for attorneys with a lower search volume. Pay per
search. Includes free phone support. Additional users can be added at no
additional cost.
