Timeline – 2021/2022 Collections
March 23, 2021 – Judge Exempt & Federal Judge mailing to 453 Judge Exempt members. This emailing
request updated demographic information changes and any change in the Exempt status.
May 17, 2021 – Mailed postcard alerting members of new online collection process and advising them that
they should go online to file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments.
May 19, 2021 – Emailed members that the postcard was mailed on May 17, 2021, advising them to go online
to file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments.
June 4, 2021– Emailed members that the postcard was mailed, advising them to go online to file Attorney
Registration Statement and make payments. Advised the Attorney Registration Statement not the invoice
must be submitted with the payments.
June 18, 2021 – Emailed unpaid members reminding of the July 1 deadline. Reminded the Attorney
Registration Statement is required to be submitted with Dues and Assessment payments not the invoice
when mailing payments.
July 9 &16, 2021 – Emailed unpaid members reminding them that July 1 deadline had passed and advising
that they could either go online and pay or go online and download the form and mail checks.
July 23, 2021 – Emailed unpaid members reminding them that July 1 deadline had passed and advising that
they could either go online and pay or go online and download the form and mail checks. Also advised that
delinquency notices would be mailed in the second week of August.
August 6, 2021 – Emailed unpaid members reminding them that July 1 deadline had passed and advising
that they could either go online and pay or go online and download the form and mail checks. Also advised
that delinquency notices would be mailed in the second week of August.
August 18, 2021 – Notices of delinquency mailed to 1,916 members that still have not filed the Annual
Attorney Registration Statement and paid the Annual Dues and Assessment.
August 20 & 27, 2021 - Emailed unpaid members reminding them that August 1 deadline had passed and
advising that they were mailed a Delinquent Notice.
