Board member review, adoption and signing of the following statements:
a. Antitrust Avoidance
b. Confidentiality
c. Conflict of Interest

7. Budget – Larry J. Centola
a. JLAP Budget Request – Consideration of approval of 2022/2023 JLAP budget, in
accordance with Article 2, Section 2 of the JLAP Bylaws; and
b. 2022/2023 Budget – Consideration of 2022/2023 budget as recommended by the Budget
Committee and 2021/2022 Board of Governors.

8. Election Procedures 2022/2023 – Loretta Larsen
Consideration of election procedures for 2022/2023.

9. Committee on Bar Admissions – Stephen I. Dwyer
Consideration of recommendation to the Supreme Court the appointment of Adam P.
Johnson as Examiner for the Criminal Law, Procedure and Evidence section of the
Louisiana Bar Exam. He would replace Todd S. Clemons.
