The LSBA and Smokeball will work together to develop a contractual joint marketing plan to promote
               the free Bill offer. Below is an example of what this marketing plan could include:

               Example Annual Marketing Plan:
                   •  Landing Page: Smokeball to create unique landing page with offer details & sign up link
                   •  Website Listing: LSBA to create standalone webpage and new category listing on their website
                       to prominently share the offer
                   •  Press Release: Press Release announcing partnership posted by Smokeball & LSBA
                   •  Social: Social Posts provided annually by Smokeball & LSBA (number to be decided)
                   •  Webinars: LSBA to host quarterly webinars with Smokeball to promote the offer and topics
                       associated with the offer
                   •  Emails: LSBA to send dedicated emails to its members each quarter promoting the free offer
                   •  E-Newsletters: Snippets and ads included monthly in LSBA’s member e-newsletter and other
                       relevant e-newsletters to promote offer
                   •  Digital Ads: LSBA provides monthly complimentary digital ads on their website promoting
                       the offer
                   •  Print  Ads:  LSBA  provides  monthly  complimentary  print  ads  in  their  journal  publication
                       promoting the offer
                   •  Blog Posts: Blog posts about offer shared on LSBA & Smokeball blogs
                   •  Handouts: Smokeball to create printable handouts promoting the offer and provide to the
                       LSBA for distribution at events with members
                   •  Events: Smokeball to exhibit at select LSBA events with audience for this offer
                   •  Speaking Opps: Smokeball to speak & run live training sessions at LSBA events


                        7. Additional Support: Smokeball Educational Resources


               Smokeball  can  offer  additional  educational  resources  to  help  support  LSBA  members  with
               understanding their ethical obligations, how to comply with state trust accounting requirements, and
               manage finances. For example, we could co-organize or independently run webinar programs on
               trust accounting, billing, and financial health for attorneys, as well as produce custom content related
               to these topics.

               We have many licensed attorneys at Smokeball who often present CLE webinars on these subjects,
               including Jordan Turk, Smokeball’s Legal Technology Advisor, and our US President, Ruchie Chadha.

               Furthermore, as part of this offer, we could work together to create unique training materials like
               handouts for LSBA members to help explain how to use Smokeball Bill to comply with their state
               trust  accounting  requirements.  We  could  also  create  an  exclusive  lounge  in  the  Smokeball
               Community for LSBA members only so they could discuss topics related to their free Smokeball Bill
               subscriptions.
