                                                       Meeting with LDJA past president Judge Randow
                                                   ▪  Participation in the Clerk of Court conference was
                                                       postponed due to cancelation of conference because of
                                                       the pandemic.
                                                   ▪  Coordinating with the Judicial College and members of
                                                       the judiciary regarding upcoming opportunities for
                                                       outreach.
                                            o  Host biannual Pro Bono Summit
                                                Annualized meeting through Pro Bono track planned for 2019
                                                LJCC and 2020 LJCC.
                                            o  Create materials and trainings to educate judges and judicial
                                                staff
                                                   ▪  January 2020 event conducted in conjunction with LDJA
                                                       to educate judges (mainly in SELA) about ATJ
                                                       Commission work that may support their courts.
                                                   ▪  Assisted with the creation and dissemination of a bench
                                                       card and trainings on evictions laws under the CARES
                                                       Act for District Court Judges, City Court Judges, and
                                                       Justices of the Peace.
                                                   ▪  Creating training materials using the JFA GIS data and
                                                       map.
                                                   ▪  Coordinating with members of the judiciary and the
                                                       Judicial College regarding upcoming opportunities for
                                                       trainings.
                                     ▪  Share ATJ components of strategic plan with the Supreme Court of
                                         Louisiana and the Louisiana Bar Foundation to garner support; and
                                         The ATJ Commission adopted the strategic plan developed in
                                         February 2019, same presented to LBF.
                                     ▪  Continue to coordinate annual LSBA Pro Bono Awards recognition.
                                         Updated online nomination system and opened nominations for 2020
                                         Awards on December 2, 2019.
