• Calculated year end statistics for 2020: 1,043 questions
submitted to the site, 818 of those answered (answer
rate of 78%), and 779 clients served. This represents a
53% increase in questions to the site.
o Certified as Provider for “CLE for Pro Bono”
Certification allows for LSBA program volunteers to obtain CLE
credit for volunteer work
ATJ Staff will participate in the 2021 YLD Seminar to present
the CLE titled, “Louisiana’s Pro Bono Network and you.” The
CLE will feature all the pro bono programs throughout the state
and highlight the most important reasons to volunteer.
o Create Pro Bono CLE template to foster a culture of PB
representation
o Facilitate education on volunteer portal of statewide case mgt
system
Pro Bono Subcommittee presented a CLE on the use of the
volunteer PBI (Private Bar Involvement) Portal, of the statewide
case management system that will facilitate engagement of pro
bono volunteers.
o Coordinate ATJ Distinguished Pro Bono Fellowship Program
Solicited recommendations for participants for the 2020
program from the ATJ Commission and ATJ Committee.
o Participate in National Celebrate Pro Bono Week

▪ Developed CLE to recruit volunteers for the Reentry
Legal Clinic to remove legal barriers formerly
incarcerated people face

2020 ATJ Developing Leadership Intern Program which
will begin on Monday, May 11 and run until Friday,
