Mandatory Requirement: All exhibitors 9 – 19yrs. old MUST obtain annual certification in the YQCA program. Those not certified are not eligible to participate at any California Fairs. State Rule II # 12. Certificate is due by August 1, 2020 to the Entry Office or livestock@avfair.com. YQCA information is at yqca.org
Entries Close: July 18, 2020 – 5 p.m. Late Entries – Check with Livestock Office, late fees apply. Entry Fee: $10 per entry per class
Exhibits Received: Friday August 28th 7am – 9:30am
Judging Time: August 28th, immediately after Open Youth Pygmy Goat Show
Exhibits Released: Walk out ONLY, directly following the conclusion of the show American System of Judging

Exhibitors MUST clean pens before obtaining a release slip from the Livestock Office. (Pen cleaning is available for a $5.00 fee in the Entry Office.)
