Mandatory Requirement: All exhibitors 9 – 19yrs. old MUST obtain annual certification in the YQCA program. Those not certified are not eligible to participate at any California Fairs. Judging Time: 8:00am for Junior Rabbit Showmanship, 9:00am for Open Rabbit Show, Saturday, August 22nd Show Check-Out: Saturday, August 22nd – immediately following show completion.

NOTE:
• All, exhibitors, guests, observers, friends/family are REQUIRED to purchase a Daily Pass. NO EXCEPTIONS! Must be pre- purchased cannot purchase at gate 3.
• Substitutions will not be accepted after the deadline. Notification of “no shows” would be appreciated (Rabbit Department Rule #4)
• ONLY tattoo number changes will be accepted during check in, No refunds. RULES:
1. All rabbits must be permanently and legibly ear marked in the animal’s left ear and correspond with those written on the entry form. Any duplication of ear markings by one exhibitor in the same class or illegible ear markings will be disqualified.
2. THERE WILL BE NO TATTOOING AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN OR ON THE FAIRGROUNDS.
3. All rabbits are subject to health inspection upon arrival. If your animal shows signs of sickness or injury, you will be asked
to remove the animal from the Fairgrounds. No Refunds
4. Substitutions shall be allowed only when it’s the same sex, variety, and breed. Must be completed prior to judging. Only 2
changes per exhibitor.
5. NO DAY OF SHOW ENTRIES – No payment method available.
6. All animals are entered at owner’s risk. (See AV Local Rule #1)
7. While precautions will be taken, neither the Antelope Valley Fair nor the employees, barn managers, volunteers working
the exhibit will be responsible for the loss or injury of any rabbit.
