Familiarization Tour

Catholic Priest Familiarization Tour outside
of the Base Chapel on Nellis Air Force Base,
Nev., Oct. 21. The tour is run by the Air Force
Recruiting Service with the purpose of bringing
in potential Air Force chaplains to help them get
a feel for life in the Air Force. While at Nellis AFB,
the recruited priests were taken on a tour of the
base, were introduced to a variety of units and
organizations, and were briefed by leadership
on the Air Force, the Nellis AFB mission and the
impact of chaplains in the military.
