To help with temporary housing issues, a new partnership was developed between Michael’s
Management Services and Madison Hospitality, which will open up many unoccupied Town
Center Terrace apartments for Soldiers and families, contractors, distinguished guests and Sol-
diers on TDY for training.

Currently, there are eight units available, however they plan to open up 30 to 40 units for
the extended traveler at the prevailing per diem rate.
“We are a temporary solution for those who are waiting for permanent housing and a good
solution for those who are here for TDY training, VIP’s as well,” said Benjamin Farmery, Owner
of Madison Hospitality, “For the extended stay traveler, it’s nice to be able to do your own laundry
and cook your own meals.”
