Spiced Berry launched in October of this year, but when was the last time it was seen on supermarket shelves?
Festive Mulled Wine
250ml red wine 25ml brandy
25ml spiced berry cordial Splash of cranberry or cherry juice
Heat all ingredients in a pan with a cinnamon stick. Garnish with orange & cloves.
Spiced Plum Crumble
25ml spiced rum 5ml vanilla syrup (or two drops of vanilla extract) 50ml water
15ml plum & apple 10ml fresh lemon juice
Combine first 4 ingredients and warm in a pan gently. Squeeze in the lemon to taste and serve in a heatproof glass, garnish with an apple slice.
