Meditation Made Easy

et the shower water cascade down your
face (from just under your nose or eyes)
LFeel the water relax your face.
and body. Next focus on the feeling of the warm water
    on your skin.

Imagine the stress and anxiety is washing away from
your body, feel any sadness, regret, anger or
depression from the day, wash right off you.
Let it all go down the drain.

Now start to feel the warmth and lightness in your body
Feel the warmth of the water and imagine

a white light surrounding you and
warming you all the way through your body.

Think about something that makes you happy and
focus on it – (hugging your partner or kids or cuddling
your dog or cat) this will help trick
your brain into relaxing and feeling happy.

Now paint some pictures in your mind, how healthy you are,

how you have a huge amount of money in the bank, your
fantastic job and wonderful family and
the best partner in the whole world.

Your brain can't tell the difference between
the pictures you give it and the real world.

Associating the pictures with a happy loving

feeling will make your subconscious believe it.

That’s it, feel better, do better, be better.
