unseen Marine audience on his video link, familial Civil
War Ancestors looking down on him.
GEN. SORKIN: Tonight I have begun redirecting some
of our nuclear deterrent towards domestic targets in a
display which will demonstrate to a host of civilian
government and our own negligent services the need for
a trustworthy finger from a steady hand on the
doomsday but- tons, with a cooperative military, and the
people’s understanding that we need to feed the souls of
our armed services in the heavens along with the feet on
the ground.
