Dr. KAI LOVE

KAI LOVE: Writer, motivational speaker, small business owner, singer,
poet, comedian, podcaster, quintessential Pisces, and super-nerd depending
on the day. She is a musical force to be reckoned with because of her
powerful vocal range, stage presence, songwriting skills, and infusion of
spoken words.

Kai currently hosts the literary storytelling podcast, Eye Recite. On March
20, 2017, Kai self-published her first book of poetry titled, “Sentimentality:
A Poetic Curation of Thoughts and Feelings.” She released her soulful
singing and spoken word debut EP, “Little Star”, which won the National
Poetry Award-Best Album 2016. Her follow-up CD, [REDACTED],
released February 2018 in collaboration with Savant Furlow, features the
popular inspirational anthem, [BE]. Kai was due to release her second
solo album, Curl Pattern, in March 2020, but that release was disrupted
due to Covid-19. Instead, Simper, a soulful groove and the first single off
the project, was released on March 20, 2020. The full album, Curl Pattern,
released on May 20, 2020.
Kai is also the co-founder of The Pisces Life Network with IamJustLetitia,
home to the comedy podcast The Pisces Life, and storytelling podcast
Current Flow, and now Survivance, a digital story time capsule. Kai was an
avid traveler (pre-pandemic) who has performed and instructed poetry all
over the world while striving to keep #LOVE at the center of art and service.
